Snowshoeing Is Great Exercise

Snowshoeing is also great exercise. Your body burns more calories in the winter when you exercise outside. That is because your body expends extra energy to stay warm. If you are snowshoeing on a really cold day, remember to carry with you a lot of high calorie snacks such as dried fruit and nuts to munch on over the course of the day. And, bring enough supplies just in case. Snowshoeing in the winter can be dangerous and you don’t know if you will end up in a situation where you are stranded.
