Sleeplessness affects your life in so many unpleasant ways that it makes good sense that you need to take care of yourself. When not having the sufficient sleep, most likely you will not be able to function normally. Having a stressed up body and mine it is expected that more problems would come. Nobody can function well when they can’t even stand up straight. But after you take care of your hormonal imbalance that is causing the disturbance in sleeping, it will follow that your well being will come back. Always remember a stressed up body can lead to a more dangerous ailment.
