Somehow, Americans are notoriously defiant of the law. Going by recent reports, they’ve done it again and the trend looks set to continue. Laws are getting tougher but the criminals are getting more hardened. Given the statistics, we cannot afford to put our guard down even for one moment. The other version is fee-based. They are operated commercially and are typically of high professional standards. They charge their fees so they have no excuse.
