Maximise the Quality of your Health Care Service
With healthcare being such a wide and deep beast it is never going to be a perfect system. It should be the consumers that drive the structure of our healthcare. We as individuals can take some steps to maximise the quality of service that we receive and then drive the management culture of the system.
While researching a similar subject I found the following information which was developed by the US Dept of Health and Human Services, in partnership with the American Hospital Assoc. and the American Medical Accociation:
