M. Night Shyamalan first R rated film, The Happening, will be in theaters this coming June 13, 2008. June 13 falls on the superstitious bad day Friday the 13th to promote the terrifying background of the movie. The Happening stars Mark Wahlberg as the protagonist high school science teacher, Elliot Moore and Zooey Deschanel as Elliot’s estrange wife Alma Moore.
