Many dieters try to eat the Atkins way at some point to lose body fat. It can be tough to stay on the Atkins meal plan with the extreme restriction on carbohydrates in the diet. After a few weeks on the diet, however, you are allowed to add some healthy carbohydrates into it. In the meantime, you can create some tasty Atkins meals to make the diet easier on you to stick with.
