Building Core Strength

Building core strength is very important if you’re into weight training. The muscle groups of the core include the abdominals, obliques, and lower back. These muscle groups help support your body when you’re lifting heavy weights. Make sure to do lower back and ab workouts as part of your weight training program to strengthen these muscles, as well as some training on a core ball.
