Many people don’t exercise every day because they don’t think they have enough time. However, you can benefit from following an 8 minute exercise program. Take just 8 minutes to do some kind of exercise when you can throughout the day. You can do this after you wake up in the morning, during your lunch break, and at night when you’re at home. Doing just four of these 8 minute workouts a day adds up to half an hour of exercise.
