The majority of male weight trainers want to build bigger arms. If you’re one of these people you need to perform the best biceps exercises when you work out. Start your biceps workouts off with some barbell and dumbbell curls. In the middle of your workout do some hammer curls and preacher curls. To finish with a pump in your arms, do a couple of high rep or drop sets of cable curls.
