Gaining Strength To Build Muscle

Gaining strength is very important if you’re trying to increase muscle mass. As your muscles grow in strength, they will be forced to grow in size as well. When it comes to increasing strength, it’s not so much about how long you can weight train for, but how much you can get out of each set you perform. You should follow strength training routines that have you focusing mostly on compound exercises with heavy weights.
