Reverse osmosis filtration technology composes of semi-permeable membrane which separates the unfriendly chemicals from the water. It is also used as under-sink filter or whole house water filter. In some cases, reverse osmosis is used in combination with activated carbon filter or ultraviolet filter, Water counter top filters.
