The acai berry from the Amazon forests

The original Acai berry can be found in the Amazon forests and holds a large sum of health beneficial nutrients. It holds three times more polyphenol compared to wine and 4.6 times more anthocyanin than blueberries, and a substance called cyanidin 3-rutinoside (C3R) that is found in the berry provides a larger anti-oxidant effect than carotenoid. Therefore, Acai berry is one of the most potent antioxidant fruits you can possibly see in the nature.

Before you go away to buy acai berry supreme or any other acai berry product, you really need to know that many acai juices are quite diluted. You should recognize that acai berry in the raw state is way thicker than water and many of the acai berry products out there do not have enough berry fruit to make a difference. While many other acai berry products contain different things added and you should stay away from those products as much as you can as they could do harm to your health anyways.

While several acai berry products taste awful (almost positive something was added to the juice) and some might taste like some cool-aid (almost sure it has been watered down), there are a few truly good products on the market and since i did not try all of them (yet), i can just recommend you those that i did test. Many friends of mine are taking Acai berry products regulary and satisfied with them, this is quality product anyway. It does good things to your body and wellness. And i just feel awesome drinking it, you truly need to try this stuff to know what i’m talking about.

Weight Loss And Eating Salads

Whenever you see someone eating only a salad for lunch or dinner, you immediately think they are on a diet. And while it’s true that salads are a good way to lose weight and keep healthy, they can also have just the opposite desired effect.
 

No matter if you are on the Fat Loss 4 Idiots diet plan or any other weight loss program, eating salads with vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, etc is always encouraged. But the problem for so many of us is that we don’t stop there.
 

Piling on the bacon bits, sour cream, cheese, croutons and then topping it all off with a heavy layer of ranch dressing isn’t doing any dieter a favor. In fact, it will have you putting on more pounds than taking them off.
