There’s nothing quite as beautiful as Thai Brides. Many would argue that there’s nothing quite as expensive as a Thai bride too, but that’s more to do with marring into the family than the wants of the girl herself. A lot of men pay the painful dowry and begrudgingly start married life by giving money monthly to a bunch of folks whom they hardly know, just for the privilege of marrying their daughter. The more you give, the more they’ll take, and there will be no shame from poorer families asking for more cash handouts when they need a new state of the art TV, or repairs to the house etc.
So if it’s so bad, when then do so many western men do it? The truth of the matter is that not so many do! You only get to hear and read about the sob stories, These usually come from tourists where the poor bloke marries a girl from the go-go bars or massage parlours, and opens himself up to the family fleecing. Most guys who marry good Thai girls do pay a dowry, but what happens after that is the girl will continue with her job, and she will take care of her family with her money, and you will take care of her like any good husband should. Even if she goes on to have children, it’s often the case that the grandparents will look after the infant as mum goes back to work and continues to support her aging family as is the tradition.
Any bloke who marries a beautiful young Thai women without children who just want to sit around all day watching TV, or walking round the shopping malls as he supports her and her immediate family with cash handouts, has only got himself to blame!
