8 Minute Exercise Program

Many people don’t exercise every day because they don’t think they have enough time. However, you can benefit from following an 8 minute exercise program. Take just 8 minutes to do some kind of exercise when you can throughout the day. You can do this after you wake up in the morning, during your lunch break, and at night when you’re at home. Doing just four of these 8 minute workouts a day adds up to half an hour of exercise.

What the heck is a Low Fat High Protein Diet for crying out loud? I mean, isn’t the Atkins diet all about lots of fatty protein? Apparently, his diet doesn’t work if you cut out the fats and oils which are recommended in this controversial eating plan. It even recommends eating chicken skin and the like. So now we have the high protein diets which are low in fat which are also supposed to also work like a dream. There just seems to be something wrong with this picture. It seems that these so called dieting gurus, listen to what people want, and then come up with a diet to accommodate the demand. Diets are controversial for a reason, and those reasons are usually relating to safety and nutritional values, or the lack of. If a diets sounds too good to be true, then it probably is! Do yourself a favor and eat less of the wrong types of food, more of the right types, and get more exercise. You’ll save a lot of money and stress in the long run!
